About RapidPDF Tools

RapidPDF Tools was built around one simple idea: you shouldn't have to upload your private documents to a stranger's server just to merge two PDFs.

Most online PDF services process your files in the cloud. Your contracts, invoices, ID scans and personal records travel across the internet, are stored — even if briefly — on remote machines, and you have to trust that they are really deleted afterwards.

RapidPDF Tools takes a different approach. Thanks to modern browser technology (WebAssembly and JavaScript), all the heavy lifting — merging, splitting, compressing, rotating and converting PDFs — happens directly on your own device. Once the page has loaded, you could disconnect from the internet entirely and every tool would keep working.

How the site is funded

RapidPDF Tools is supported by unobtrusive advertising, which keeps every tool free for everyone. Ads never interfere with your files — remember, your documents are processed locally and are never shared with anyone, including advertisers.
